Illumira offers free standard shipping worldwide to destinations available at checkout. No minimum order value is required.

Processing and delivery times

We prepare orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping time begins after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, we will email you the details after dispatch. Tracking information may take some time to update.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to correct it, email support@illumira.shop as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help, but cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Duties and import taxes

Free shipping covers the shipping charge. Customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply depending on your destination. If these charges are not collected at checkout or clearly stated as included, you may be asked to pay them before or upon delivery.
